It costs less than a typical hotel room and offers you excellent flexibility. Unlike a typical hotel room, this home include full kitchen facilities. You don't have to eat out for every meal (but of course you can, if you want too!) and let you have your space and privacy any time you want

This rental home contain many personal & convenience items that will increase the comfort of the guest: washing machine, kitchen basics (oil, salt, pepper and other spices), brochures, books and depliants about Tuscany, candles, towels and all the necessary for the fireplace! And much much more..

This is not the typical "sterile" environment found in hotels and other "vacation establishments". This is a house used also by proprietors and no one gives a property more attention than its owner!

Last but not least: we don't have anything to sell you except from the stay : no dinners, no wines, no other products.. but we know very well the place and everything it can offer you. For this reason we will provide you with tips and hints that only the locals know! We will give you suggestions about osterie and products and things to do and we will reserve for you horse.riding promenade, days at the spa, and anything you can wish.. as if you would have a good friend in Tuscany! This can make a huge difference in the enjoyment of your trip!
